Utilities Site Engineer

About the role
Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for 2 Utilities Site Engineers to join our team to work on HS2, to be based in Coleshill, Birmingham.
To undertake Site Engineering control and implementation of works on site, including monitoring and reporting of progress together with maintaining contemporary records for as built, assurance and handover.
What you’ll be doing
- Data collection through on-site records (diary, photographs, file notes).
- Works alongside other Site Engineers and on-site utilities delivery teams and supply chain contractors
- Production of accurate daily diary of resources, including labour, plant, materials, subcontractors and output
- Ensure that the as-built and redline drawings and associated records are produced by the supply chain on time and to the correct project requirements
- Review of materials acceptance documents and uploads of approvals
- Completion of Quality Check Sheets in line with the ITP and production of information for Handover Documentation
Who we’re looking for
Previous experience working at Site Engineer level
Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Compliance management
Direct manage teams on site sub contractors and direct operatives.
NEC Contract aware
Hands on utilities site experience
