WHAT TO EXPECT
The Network Excellence, Global Technical Training & Development Team are looking to employ an experienced Technical Training Developer to join us in providing specialist courseware design and development services in-line with JLR training accreditation methodology.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Conducting analysis to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and courseware design methodologies
- Providing training services that meet the highest technical and quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies and processes
- Design theory and practical activities to simplify and convey complex technologies.
- Develop relevant classroom and practical activities that engage participants delivering ‘back to work’ messages.
- To pilot training modules that support learner journey objectives and training deliverables.
- Engage with JLR Engineering and other personnel to research and source data/information as required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience in the development & delivery of Virtual Training
- Proficient in storyboarding to pre-visualize the development of eLearning, videos and animations
- Clear understanding of High-Voltage systems and safe working practices
- Competent in MS software packages.
- Knowledgeable in L&D methodologies (competencies, adult learning principles)
- Resilient and enthusiastic, an individual able to deliver results under pressure
