WHAT TO EXPECT

 

The Network Excellence, Global Technical Training & Development Team are looking to employ an experienced Technical Training Developer to join us in providing specialist courseware design and development services in-line with JLR training accreditation methodology.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

  • Conducting analysis to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and courseware design methodologies
  • Providing training services that meet the highest technical and quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies and processes
  • Design theory and practical activities to simplify and convey complex technologies.
  • Develop relevant classroom and practical activities that engage participants delivering ‘back to work’ messages.
  • To pilot training modules that support learner journey objectives and training deliverables.
  • Engage with JLR Engineering and other personnel to research and source data/information as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

  • Experience in the development & delivery of Virtual Training
  • Proficient in storyboarding to pre-visualize the development of eLearning, videos and animations
  • Clear understanding of High-Voltage systems and safe working practices
  • Competent in MS software packages.
  • Knowledgeable in L&D methodologies (competencies, adult learning principles)
  • Resilient and enthusiastic, an individual able to deliver results under pressure
