EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
We’re looking for a Technical Administrator to ensure the monthly Environmental and Sustainability data are collected on time which notably include Waste, Fuel, Water and Material quantities etc. In this role you will report to the Head of Environmental and Sustainability and you will ensure relevant communication with the Supply Chain team to gather reporter contact details and keep them regularly updated.
We expect you to establish and maintain a list of people to contact to gather internal EKFB data each month. We would also like you to liaise with the Head of Environment and Sustainability to organise the monthly dashboard review meetings with the EKFB Senior Leadership Team and HS2 IPT Environment Team.
Key aspects of this role include validation of monthly reports; establishing and maintaining a programme for reporting and ensuring compliance with legislation.
