In this role, you will:
- Understand the Data Management responsibilities of MDM and ensure that appropriate governance and controls are in place across data governance, privacy and quality disciplines.
- Understand the data, technical and business architecture strategies and ensure that MDM are compliant where possible and any deviation is documented and subject to the appropriate governance.
- Take ownership and coordination of TOM changes across MDM working with the appropriate Product Managers and ensuring appropriate process and controls are adopted and established within MDM and that handoffs and dependencies on other teams are understood and documented.
- Understand issues raised by stakeholders in terms of the service deliveries of MDM and working with Product Managers to find solutions and implement required changes.
- Analysis of business requirements and stakeholder demand to understand the impact on MDM service delivery and Operational processes and driving solutions to ensure ongoing improvement and service excellence.
- Provide support to the Head of MDM and product Managers to coordinate and manage large scale deliveries which impact multiple products to ensure consistency and visibility of approach and solution design.
