Job Summary
As a proud, creatively led agency, it is the responsibility of the Droga5 Creative Department to find and maintain the voice and face of the brands we represent. Whether our technical skills are based in art direction, copywriting, design, experience design or technology, our currency is ideas.
The success of every Droga5 creative will always be tied to their ability to originate, craft and protect ground-breaking, industry-shaping, culture-shifting ideas.
Senior creatives have taken a large step beyond mid-level. They are leading and owning work with less oversight and are able to present work to the client seamlessly. They are coming up with ideas beyond the traditional and are able to develop them in a distinguished way.
A Senior Creative team should be effortlessly defining a tone and voice for a brand. They should have the skill and dexterity as a writer to drive the personality of a brand and the way it connects with an audience. And they should be able to maintain this prolifically.
Essential Functions
- Can work independently and formulate ideas without heavy oversight or creative direction
- Capable of holding client relationships, including owning presentation meetings and working directly with them on productions
- Able to write to all different forms of media, including manifestos, scripts, digital and content
- Clearly understands the importance of strategy, and ensures that all ideas on brief and fit within the comms framework
- Manages multiple clients at once, and able to manage their own time efficiently
- Proficiently works with members of all different departments, with a maturity that does not require anyone more senior to have to step in to intervene
Qualifications
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising or related fields
- Portfolio demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions, ideally with something that has won awards or been recognized
- Multi-faceted in developing different types of creative media
- Has production experience and can handle different types of productions
