    In this role, you establish internal and external technical networks and interact independently with senior managers and stakeholders.

    How you will contribute

    Collaborating with senior technical colleagues, and supporting and influencing cross-functional, cross-category customers through the delivery of technical programs.

    You independently plan, lead and coordinate activities such as IP landscaping and in addition, you will define subsequent steps while demonstrating sound scientific know-how and capability to link findings to business objectives.

    This role is a fantastic opportunity to join Mondelez International’s iconic chocolate business and lead the IP workstreams for the function.

    As R&D Chocolate IP Lead you will engage across the organisation to manage the IP portfolio that underpins an $8.5bn business around the world, including securing new product launches, product renovations, providing technical support to patent oppositions in court whilst championing and growing the IP capability of the RDQ Chocolate organisation.

    You will work independently in this role but you will collaborate with peers in global locations supporting IP as well as having the opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders and network with teams across the organisation giving fantastic exposure for the successful candidate.

    Candidate experience;

    The successful candidate will have a scientific background, ideally within an FMCG organisation and exposure within IP processes.

    You will be excellent at networking and leading projects to completion.

    The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz  Europe GmbH, Switzerland .

    No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
