An innovative practice and the first top 100 law firm to achieve “Gold Standard” Investors in People, our values and culture are not just words on our website but are the heartbeat of the firm. |Our national Property Litigation team has extensive experience and unrivalled expertise in dealing with this complex area of the law. With one of the largest property litigation practices in the UK, we are able to assist clients in all areas of landlord and tenant litigation, and in any real estate dispute. We act, for example, in connection with break notices; dilapidations; forfeiture; land registration disputes; issues relating to landlord’s consent; lease renewals; possession claims; recovery of rent and other arrears; rights to light and other easement disputes; service charge issues; property related insolvency; and restrictive covenants. We also advise on a number of niche areas of law, including property related telecommunications issues, judicial review, and agricultural law. Our clients include household names in the retail and leisure sectors, investment landlords, developers of both commercial and residential land, local authorities, and other public bodies.|
|Due to growth we are looking for an additional Associate to join our Property Litigation team in Thames Valley. This is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside the local and national team, advising our clients on high quality, technical work.
The ideal candidate will have experience of both commercial and residential litigation matters, but we would welcome applications from candidates that who have spent the early part of their career focusing on either commercial or residential litigation and have a real passion for property litigation.
This is a varied role where no two days are ever the same, but we would expect candidates to be confident drafting a variety of documents such as break notices, settlement agreements and assured shorthold tenancy agreements and related statutory notices, and advising on commercial leases, renewals and dilapidations.
This opening will present you with a great opportunity to work alongside experts in the field and be supported with a clear career path. You will also have the chance to work for big household name clients that include well-known housebuilders, property portfolio owners and Housing Associations.
If you have any questions or would like an initial confidential conversation about this role, please do get in touch with me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
