Job Description
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Build Team based Leeds.
Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds
Contract: Full time, Permanent
What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Manager you’ll be working within the Build Team supporting them in delivery, managing site teams and internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe operations and that projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards. Values can range from £10M – £60M + with delivery under NEC and JCT conditions.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing the delivery of projects to a high standard by budgeting and programming
- Ensuring the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the quality required by the client.
- Meeting company objectives post-contract
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Manager is great for you if:
- Experience in leading delivery on projects of significant value.
- Demonstrable experience of managing project budgets and programmes
- IT literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email.
- Experience of using ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project
