Our change team within Corporate Finance (Origination & Advisory) delivers all aspects of change management that impact the Business. You will be working across multiple teams and subject matter experts. The team are often involved in regulatory and/or business transformation programmes, such as Know Your Client (KYC), credit risk enhancements and London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) transformation.

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Tracking, reporting, and monitoring multiple projects and programmes across Corporate Finance
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders and developing a strong understanding of the business and our partners
  • Using dynamic change management practices to ensure consistency in project management and delivery
  • Implementing robust tools to ensure high standard reporting
  • Providing hands-on support for individual project managers

 

Your skills and experience

 

  • Relevant previous experience as a Project Management Officer (PMO) within the Financial Services or Corporate sector
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexibility to manage multiple tasks concurrently, making priority judgements and escalating appropriately
  • High degree of attention to detail and excellent time management – able to manage own schedule effectively, anticipating and meeting deadlines
  • Educated to Bachelors degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience.  Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to create client facing standard material
