About the role

Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for a Plant and Equipment requisitioner to join our team to work in/across (delete as appropriate) INSERT LOCATION.

Role Purpose:


Determine with the superintendent plant equipment / spare parts / consumable requirements

Prepare plant requisitions

Facilitate plant requisition approval process

Manage data base for all plant requisitions

Create folders in database to electronically store requisition copies

Give technical support to the procurement department

Create data base to monitor progress of requisitions and PO™s

Create, participate on technical instructions, as well as guidelines / compound lay out / innovative actions


What you’ll be doing



Close liaison with operations

Respond to technical study requests

Ensuring all requisitions are carried out in line with BBV HSES Standards

Compliance with BBV JV standards

Who we’re looking for



Supply chain / Procurement or similar experience

Clear customer focus

Knowledge of plant / asset hire industry

Clear drive and ambition

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people at all levels across the organisation and externally

Computer skills – focused on Excel / Word / PowerPoint
