Job Description

We’re looking for a Premises Manager to join our PFI Schools contract based in Lewisham.

 

Location: On Site – Lewisham

Contract: Full Time – Permanent. 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Premises Manager, you’ll be working within the Facilities team, supporting them in ensuring optimal functioning and safety of the school premises.

Your day to day will include:

  • Conducting regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs and maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption to school activities.
  • Overseeing reactive and planned maintenance in line with contract SLAs.
  • Managing all aspects of the Authority Requirement through the CAFM system, ensuring compliance and efficient task tracking.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to Premises Officers and Cleaning Staff.

This role of Premises Manager is great for you if:

  • You have a strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and FM practices.
  • You have a proven track record as a site-based FM Manager with exceptional leadership skills.
  • You are skilled in people management, influencing, and driving business change.
  • You have effective client relationship management abilities.
  • You are proficient in workload prioritization and multitasking
