Job Description

About The Role

As a Customer Service Renewals Advisor, you’ll take calls from RAC members who are looking to renew their cover or wanting to discuss their membership. You will be an expert with our features & benefits of RAC Breakdown Cover to keep them on board.

We are offering Part Time hours (18 hours and above) with the shift requirements below;
  • Monday-Friday either 09.30-13.30 and/or 15.00-19.00
  • Every other weekend morning, which will be a mix of Sunday or Saturday (not both together)
You will need to commit to two weeks full-time training (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00)

We have an OTE of £28,416 (Pro Rata) with guaranteed minimum of £23,690 (Pro Rata)

  • Are empathetic and able to build rapport with our members, with an outgoing, self-motivated and friendly personality.
  • Are comfortable at overcoming objections
  • Ideally have previous experience working within a regulated environment or in sales and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Can demonstrate resilience in a fast pace sales contact centre and works well towards KPI’s under pressure.
  • Have great knowledge retention and recall and can understand customers’ needs and requirements to ensure you do the right thing for each and every one.
