In this role, you will:
- Lead on design and delivery of a people engagement strategy for the ORR function; including responsibility for tracking delivery by senior engagement leads
- Plan and develop content for various engagement initiatives, i.e. monthly newsletter and the ORR SharePoint site
- Create processes that measure the effectiveness of people engagement activities and plans to optimize and drive improvements
- Provide support to senior leader engagement activity i.e. ORR Town Halls and engagement working group etc.
- Provide secretariat support to the ORR People Committee; including creation of meeting content, compilation of metrics etc.
- Provide ad hoc support (as needed) to any projects impacting people and organizational design in the function
- Identify and leverage best practice initiative being employed elsewhere in HSBC or externally that drive people engagement and enhance culture, behaviors and inclusiveness
- Create a narrative and supporting initiatives that embeds the HSBC strategy, culture and values within ORR globally
