We’re actively looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to join our Occupational Health Team on a full time, permanent basis. You’ll work from home with no requirement to travel.

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in the health and wellbeing journey of the many employees of our clients. We work across a diverse range of business sectors including Financial Services, automotive, aviation, drinks and manufacturing.

In this role, you’ll undertake case management referrals over the phone, not forgetting the all-important pragmatic management advice letters. Variety is key to job satisfaction and that is true of our OHA roles.

  • Qualified or Registered Nurse, a diploma or degree in Occupational Health is preferable
  • Experience in a commercial occupational health setting, particularly with exposure to case management and health surveillance
  • Experience and knowledge of OH / functional assessments and rehabilitation is desirable.

Work life balance is important. Our holiday entitlements start at a minimum of 22 days (plus bank holidays) dependent on the business area or the role, increasing up to 28 days (plus bank holidays) with length of service. Depending on which part of AXA you work in, there’s also flexibility to buy up to five additional days or sell up to three days, helping you to achieve the right balance for you.
