About The Role

EKFB continues to expand at a blistering pace. With this expansion comes a need to ensure that each and every person that joins us is brought onboard in a controlled, welcoming and supportive manner. EKFB are looking to recruit an experienced and professional Labour Onboarding Co-ordinator to join their busy and fast-paced HS2 project based out of our Brackley Office.
The Labour Onboarding Co-ordinator will ensure that all our Operatives on the project are
onboarded quickly and efficiently while making sure they are compliant with our competency matrix. You will be the main point of contact for all our 6 approved Labour agencies, ensuring that they progress all new starters via our Applicant Tracking System.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Liaise daily with our Hiring Managers and Labour Manager to ensure rates and competencies are all aligned
  • Following up with managers regarding SLA’s and feedback on CV applications
  • Cross referencing vacancy forecast and approvals
  • Checking our Competency matrix, ensuring all candidates have Site Inductions booked, if not then booking them in
  • Keeping an up-to-date list of sites and managers, updating with joiners and leavers
  • Management of all internal operatives from any of our parent companies
  • Holding a weekly Teams meeting with all our Labour Agencies
  • Attending a weekly meeting with our Recruitment team to discuss potential internal movers
  • Taking full control of the Labour Inbox, monitoring all email traffic in and out
  • Producing reports from our Applicant Tracking System
  • Working with other departments and third-party providers such as payroll and occupational health
