Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering projects from start to finish.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with support of the team.
- Show curiosity about the latest creative/design innovations.
- Be flexible and ready to apply your thinking to any brief.
- Maintain high standards for delivering the best possible work.
- Understand the project process within a creative agency, from client brief to post-project evaluation
Ideas and Craft
- Contribute to great conceptual ideas, with a portfolio showcasing your creativity and expertise.
- Work across a variety of clients with diverse advertising needs, from traditional to cutting-edge.
- Help execute campaigns across all media channels, including print, TV, social, mobile, activation, experiential, and broadcast.

- Engage with and contribute to a productive working team environment within the Creative Department and with colleagues from Account Management, Production, Planning, etc.
- Communicate effectively with peers, clients, and management.
- Remain tenacious and resilient throughout the process.
- Take ownership of your ideas, spend time developing them to a deeper level with support of CDs and ECDs
Wider Client and Cultural Understanding
- Understand the client’s business and communication needs.
- Respond constructively to client and research feedback and develop the work until final approval.
- Stay up-to-date with available talent for commissioning among photographers, illustrators, and film directors.
