The team | |
The main aim of our Learning and Development Team is to provide Shoosmiths’ employees with the skills and knowledge to ensure that Shoosmiths continues on its journey to become a UK law firm most valued by its clients, people and communities. | |
The role | |
To take the training lead in the delivery of MS and support users when MS Teams has launched. You will provide both 1:1 and group training which will be facilitated virtually. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining all support documentation as well as train and support team members on MS Teams. | |
