IT Supplier Relationship Manager – Salary Circa £50,000.
We have an exciting, 6-month Fixed Term opportunity for an IT Supplier Relationship Manager, you will be working with some of Aviva’s biggest strategic IT partners as a supplier relationship manager in Aviva’s central IT supplier management team. The team has been built to orchestrate supplier management excellence and you will lead the relationship with a strategic supplier with opportunities to get involved with wider strategic supplier activity.

 

A bit about the job:
The suitable person for this role will be responsible for driving value from major IT supplier partnerships through continuous service improvement, robust contract and risk management and leveraging opportunities for service alignment with Aviva’s strategic priorities. There will be opportunities to progress your career within Aviva.

Aviva operates a “smart working” policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office this role is based in, Bristol.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience in an IT relationship management or IT supplier management role with a strong understanding of ITIL service management.
  • Good understanding of IT risk and control best practice.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Someone who is highly organised and able to efficiently influence and collaborate with key partners and collaborators.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.

  • Salary circa £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
