About the Role

You will lead the talent agenda for your business area, understanding the key talent, their strengths and development needs and actively participate in talent management discussions with the business teams. Improve HR operational practices, spotting things to fix and be proactive about driving efficiencies.

You will need to challenge and influence key stakeholders, ensuring that the people agenda is at the heart of the business decision and anticipate the changing needs of the business and drive the active management and development of talent.

A professional and pragmatic approach to stakeholder management is key as you work with business leads to develop attraction and retention plans, support line managers with development of a high performance culture, and deliver expert generalist HR support in a collaborative manner.
