Group Financial Controller Change Lead

Salary: Circa £120,000

We are currently recruiting for a Group Financial Controller Change Lead to join our team in London!


A bit about the job:


The role will lead on the integrated plan for the Strategic and BAU change portfolio for Group Financial Controllership Function. The core deliveries include developing and driving an integrated transformation plan, aligned business acceptance plans, understanding and managing key dependencies, resource planning both to support project delivery and also roll off plans.

Build & maintain Group Financial Controller strategic ambitions over multi year period ensuring they are compelling & challenging and drive great customer & cost outcomes.


Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience in delivery of successful major programmes
  • Finance change experience preferred
  • Experience of different project management approaches with the ability to identify and tailor the delivery approach based on the requirements of the project
  • Excellent relationship management skills including stakeholder management at senior executive level
  • Understanding of how to define and manage risks, issues and interdependencies as they relate to projects

  • Salary circa £120,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications,
