Join Our Team as a skilled and experienced Grounds Person/Arborist 🏠🌳

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location(s): Lichfield and Surrounding areas

We are looking for an experienced and safety-focused Tree Team Grounds Person to join our dedicated crew of tree care professionals! Picture yourself spending your days outside, planting trees, maintaining landscapes, and helping keep our communities green and vibrant.

Bromford are seeking a dedicated Grounds Person/Arborist to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team in a company recognized as a Great Place to Work.

What we’re looking for: 

  • City & Guilds NPTC Level 2, Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross Cutting, or equivalent
  • City & Guilds NPTC Level 2, Woodchipper & Maintenance, or equivalent
  • First Aid qualification (desirable; training provided if needed)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Solid knowledge of trees and shrubs
  • A full UK driving licence

This is a mobile role covering Lichfield surrounding areas, so you’ll be traveling extensively. Be sure you live close enough to easily cover these areas.
