We are seeking to appoint a Faculty Office Administrator to join a professional office team supporting the Faculty of Education.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive, effective administration service and work as part of a team for the efficient operation of the Faculty of Education by undertaking the full range of general office functions providing support across all areas.
The successful applicant will possess a good general standard of education or relevant work experience, and be an experienced user of MS Office including Access and Excel, with experience of minute taking and the timely and accurate presentation of minutes. You will also have excellent organisation and communication skills, together with the ability to work effectively using your own initiative and as part of a team.
