Job Description

We’re looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our Workplace Solutions Team based in Staffordshire.

 

Location: Staffordshire Police HQ – Site Based

Contract: Permanent, Full time

What will you be responsible for?

As a Facilities Assistant, you’ll be working within the Workplace Solutions team, supporting them in Administering the Facilities for the our contract with Stoke and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service

Your day to day will include:

  • Managing the Work In Progress financial trackers
  • Raising Purchase orders
  • Reviewing and updating fixed and variable budget sheets
  • Supporting the Contract Manager and the team to ensure cashflow is maximised and debt minimised.
  • Raising unplanned lifecycle requests through to the client
  • Managing the damage tracker and invoicing the Authority

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Facilities Assistant is great for you if:

  • Previous experience working within the PFI Industry.
  • driving licence required.
  • You possess the confidence, skill, training and expertise in order to undertake the work and should be at such a level that will enable them to undertake the works in isolation with good all-round knowledge of building maintenance.
