You will work as an integral part of the team and be a digital and marketing generalist with a wide range of skills.
Your role is client-facing acting in both an digital account management and delivery capacity.
You will have responsibility on client accounts and you will ensure that delivery is strategically correct, on brief, on time and within budget.
In addition with you support-co-ordinate new business campaigns and business development
Support company objectives with business owners and the team to increase bottom line objects and quality of service
Support/co-ordinate new business campaigns and business development by up selling to existing client and be actively involved in creating and supporting new business by producing proposals, attending pitches and providing input on digital strategy for both initial pitch process and existing client.
Manage your own portfolio of clients
Over see and support web developers with specification, content generation and CMS Management
Provide CMS training to client and support team with digital input
Manage and co-ordinate digital campaigns including html, online advertising and social media
Development of project plans for each client/campaigns
Creative input into client briefs and translation to design studio
Production and Distribution of client contact reports and updates as required
Quote and job preparation, submission and progress tracking and allocating time to jobs (using streamtime management system)
