Job Description

We’re looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our Workplace Solutions Team based at Bonus Pastor Catholic College in Bromley.

 

Location: Bonus Pastor Catholic College in Bromley – full time site working

Contract: Permanent full time, 40hours per week

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll be working within the Workplace Solutions Teams, supporting them in the delivery of our cleaning contracts with Lewisham Schools .

Your day to day will include:

  • Ensure general and periodic cleaning tasks are carried out to the standards required in accordance with the specifications, method statements, service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with relevant Health & Safety Regulations
  • Produce daily and periodic cleaning schedules for cleaning staff
  • Complete weekly time sheets and submit to the Facilities Manager
  • Monitor and control quality of work carrying out monthly performance monitoring checks

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Cleaning Supervisor is great for you if:

  • Cleaning experience
  • Basic numeracy and literacy
  • Supervisory skills, but with the ability to work as a member of a team
  • Self-motivated and works well under pressure
  • Flexible to carry out a variety of tasks as requested
