Job Description

What you’ll be doing

  • Maximise change entitlements under the contract
  • Proactive identification and raising change notices as required and convert to compensation events, where applicable
  • Preparing quotations for compensation events, proposed compensation events and orders of magnitude for potential changes as directed and required
  • Manage, update and maintain a change register which tracks progress of all changes. Reconcile with central change team information and update for the period reporting requirements
  • Review sub contractor and supplier change accounts for the purposes of identifying and raising upstream change. Similarly ensure any main contract change is communicated to the relevant delivery personnel and sub contractor package managers as necessary
  • Progress chase potential changes from the Project Manager, Design Consultant and Tier 2 suppliers as required
  • Design “ identify and raise changes arising from the developed design as appropriate. Work closely with the Design Manager to capture external change.
  • Programme impact of change. Understand the relationship of change upon planned programme activities and work with the Planners to capture the time related effects. Interpret the programme impact into the effect on defined cost including forecast defined cost
  • Work closely with delivery team and the Project Manager to achjieve mutual objectives.
