Administration Apprentice

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn and develop new skills while working for a well-established company. You will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager to provide an excellent administration service.
Weekly wage
£166.60
Working week
09.00 to 17.00 with 30 minutes for lunch Monday to Thursday and 09.00 to 14.00 with 30 minutes for lunch Friday.
Total hours per week: 34.50
Duties to include:
Run housekeeping reports, including Outstanding Deliveries, VFX3, Backorder, Blocked Reports and Zpurm2
Administration tasks, including creation and up-keep of articles and accounts, credits, debits, C7Cs, uploading certs onto SAP, invoices
Goods receipt, including shipments advice, preparation of trailer paperwork, goods receipt processing TABSs through to delivery notes, advise sales divisions of zzusi order, trailer/mill queries, arrange transport for customer goods returns and collections
Customer Service – working alongside the Adsubcon Team, progressing TABS through delivery notes, general filing including archiving
Frequently 5s your work area and always look for continual improvement
Follow the training you received when using any work items given to you
Take reasonable care of your own and other people’s health and safety
Co-operate with your employer on health and safety
Tell someone (supervisor, or health and safety representative) if you think your work is inadequate precautions are putting anyone health and safety at serious risk
Support the company with environmental initiatives and any compliance issues

Things to consider
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and is driven to learn new skills, gain knowledge and work within a team environment.
Your role will be mainly site based, although you may be travelling to visit other companies or to attend training, meetings and conferences
